Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons butter chicken spice blend
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- 8 slider buns
- Sliced red onions, for garnish
- Cilantro leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
Put the yogurt and butter chicken spice blend in a bowl and mix them together
Make sure the chicken pieces are covered evenly in the yogurt mixture before adding them
Let it sit for at least 30 minutes
Put oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat
Place the chicken pieces in the pan after marinating them
Cook until they turn brown and are fully cooked
The heavy cream and tomato sauce should be mixed in
Let the sauce cook down for a few minutes until it gets thicker
Add salt to your liking
You can toast the slider buns a little and then cut them in half
Put a small amount of the butter chicken mixture on the bottom half of every bun
Add chopped red onions and cilantro leaves on top
Put the top half of the bun on top and use a toothpick to hold it in place if needed
Enjoy the sliders while they are still warm
