Ingredients:
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions:
Add the heavy cream, granulated sugar, and red wine to a saucepan
