This Mixed Berry Smoothie with Almond Milk is a tasty and healthy treat. It has mixed berries, banana, almond milk, and Greek yogurt... You can eat it for breakfast or as a snack during the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly

Peel and slice the ripe banana

In a blender, add the mixed berries, sliced banana, almond milk, honey if desired, Greek yogurt, and ice cubes if you want a colder smoothie

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy

Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed

Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately
