Sweet and savory teriyaki chicken that is cooked just right.
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Place chicken in slow cooker
Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes; pour over chicken
Cook on low for 4-5 hours
Mix cornstarch and water; stir into sauce in slow cooker
Cook for additional 30 minutes until sauce thickens
Serve over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions
