Ingredients:

  • 12 OREO cookies
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Sprinkles optional

Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips and vegetable oil

Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted

Dip each OREO cookie into the melted chocolate, ensuring its completely coated

Use a fork to lift the cookie out of the chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off

Place the chocolate-covered OREO cookies on the prepared baking sheet

If desired, sprinkle with colorful sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet

Allow the chocolate to set by refrigerating the cookies for about 20 minutes

Once the chocolate has hardened, your Chocolate Covered OREO Cookies are ready to enjoy
