The spicy buffalo chicken, crisp vegetables, creamy ranch dressing, and tangy blue cheese crumbles in this Healthy Buffalo Chicken Chopped Salad make for a tasty and filling meal. Its a great choice for a quick and healthy dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Throw the chicken dices into a bowl and coat them well with buffalo sauce

The romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery, and red onion should all be put in a large salad bowl

Add the blue cheese crumbles and buffalo chicken to the salad

Put ranch dressing on top of the salad

Add pepper and salt to taste

Mix everything together so that the flavors are spread out evenly

Serve right away and enjoy
