Spooky Ghost Popcorn

This spooky ghost popcorn is the perfect Halloween snack thats wickedly cute and irresistibly delicious. With its eerie ghost faces peeking out from a gray chocolate coating, its sure to delight party guests of all ages.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • Black food coloring gel
  • Edible candy eyes
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

Pop the popcorn kernels using your preferred method and place them in a large mixing bowl

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat

Once melted, add the white chocolate chips and stir until fully melted and smooth

Add a few drops of black food coloring gel to the melted white chocolate to achieve a gray color, mixing well

Pour the gray chocolate over the popped popcorn and gently toss to coat evenly

Spread the coated popcorn onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow it to cool slightly

Before the chocolate sets completely, place edible candy eyes onto the popcorn to create ghost faces

Sprinkle with salt to taste

Allow the popcorn to cool and the chocolate to set fully before serving
