Keto Bacon Ranch Chicken

A delicious and keto-friendly pressure cooker recipe featuring tender chicken in a creamy ranch sauce, topped with crispy bacon and melted cheddar cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

In a pressure cooker, combine chicken broth and ranch dressing

Add seasoned chicken breasts to the pressure cooker

Seal the pressure cooker and set it to high pressure for 10 minutes

Once cooking is complete, perform a quick pressure release

Remove chicken from the pressure cooker and shred it with two forks

Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted

Top the chicken with crumbled bacon and dried parsley before serving
