Gay Hookup Apps Wakefield

There is just the right amount of sweet and salty in these Chocolate Salted Cupcakes. There is a rich chocolate ganache on top of the cupcakes, along with a sprinkle of sea salt. These are a delicious treat for anyone who loves chocolate. Theyre simple to make and will look great

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • Sea salt, for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

Add eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract

Mix until smooth

Pour in the boiling water and stir until well combined

The batter will be thin, but thats okay

Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner about 2/3 full with the batter

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Remove cupcakes from the oven and allow them to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely

While the cupcakes are cooling, make the ganache

In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly

Once the mixture is hot but not boiling, remove from heat and stir in the semisweet chocolate chips until smooth and well combined

Allow the ganache to cool slightly before using it to frost the cupcakes

You can either dip the cupcakes into the ganache or spoon it over the top

Finish by sprinkling a pinch of sea salt over each cupcake for that perfect salted chocolate flavor

Let the ganache set before serving, and enjoy
