Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and fill a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well
Put almond flour, coconut flour, almond milk, peanut butter, eggs, erythritol, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl
Mix everything together well
If you want to, fold in sugar-free chocolate chips
Fill each muffin cup with the same amount of batter
