Rosemary Garlic Burgers with Smoked Gruyere

Oldham Group Hookups

These Rosemary Garlic Burgers with Smoked Gruyere are a flavorful twist on the classic burger. The combination of fresh rosemary and garlic infuses the beef patties with aromatic goodness, while the smoked Gruyere cheese adds a smoky, creamy element that takes this burger to the next level. Perfect for grilling season or any time you crave a gourmet burger experience.

Ingredients:

  • 1
  • 5 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices smoked Gruyere cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced red onion
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Ketchup

Instructions:

Put the ground beef, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl

Mix the ingredients together well until they are spread out evenly

Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty

Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready

To keep things from sticking, oil the grates or surface

Put the burger patties on a hot grill or griddle and cook for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare to medium-done burgers, or longer if you like them more done

For the last minute of cooking, put a slice of smoked Gruyere cheese on top of each patty

Then, put a lid on the grill or griddle to melt the cheese

Fry or grill the hamburger buns for a few seconds on each side while the burgers are cooking

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun of each burger

Then add a lettuce leaf, a burger patty with melted cheese, sliced tomatoes, and sliced red onion

Feel free to add more mustard and ketchup if you like

To finish the burger, put the top bun on top of the assembled ingredients

Serve the Smoked Gruyere and Rosemary Garlic Burgers right away with your favorite side dishes

Enjoy your tasty home-cooked burgers
