This Apple Wedge Salad Board is a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors, featuring crisp apple wedges, tangy blue cheese, candied pecans, and dried cranberries. Its a perfect appetizer or light meal for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large apples, cored and cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Instructions:

Arrange the mixed greens on a large serving board or platter

Place the apple wedges on top of the mixed greens

Sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles, candied pecans, dried cranberries, and sliced red onion evenly over the apples and greens

Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad

Serve immediately and enjoy
