Chili Queso Dip

Chili Queso Dip is a hit with everyone because it has the smoothness of melted cheese and the heat of salsa and chili. You can make it ahead of time and serve it at parties, game days, or any other time you need a tasty and simple appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can 15 oz chili with beans
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro optional

Instructions:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Velveeta cheese, salsa, chili, and chili powder

Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring halfway through, until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth

Stir in chopped cilantro, if desired

Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks
